Each year in honor of my clients and colleagues, Nautilus Coaching & Consulting, LLC makes a contribution to a non-profit that’s transforming the world in positive and powerful ways.
I seek out organizations whose leadership embodies the qualities and strengths my coaching clients seek to cultivate in themselves: PASSION for a VISION; CONVICTION; and, RESILIENCE in the face of set-backs.
The leaders I select have imagined a better future for people who face tremendous hardship, launched a non-profit in service of this cause, and persevered in spite of obstacles. Their clarity of vision, determination and call to service have inspired me. Their compassionate leadership is a model for any of us who aspire to make the world a more positive, peaceful and prosperous place for all.
